| GOLF PROFESSIONAL & DIRECTOR OF GOLF OPERATIONS – Andy Schweitzer
Andy has been with us since 1997. He was promoted to Head Golf Professional
and Director of Club Operations in 2002. Graduating from the
Professional Golf Management Program at Mississippi State University
in 1997, Andy utilizes his knowledge and skills in maintaining and further
developing our club. His classification is A-1 in the P.G.A. Andy was born in
Dayton, Ohio and raised in Gahanna, Ohio. He is one of four children born to
George and Helen Schweitzer who reside in Pataskala.

| GROUNDS AND GREENS SUPERINTENDENT – Jason Burnard
Jason has been on board with us since January 2003.
He is responsible for maintaining the greens and grounds at our club.
Jason has been in the golf industry for the previous ten years.
Previous to High Lands, he was involved with the construction and establishment of
Clover Valley Golf Club in Johnstown, Ohio. Jason has also worked in various
positions at Belmont Country Club and New Albany Country Club. Receiving his
B.S. degree in Agronomy from The Ohio State University in 1998, he is a loyal Buckeye.
In his spare time, Jason enjoys boating and spending time with his wife Amy and their dog Maggie.

| EXECUTIVE CHEF – Kathy Hellickson
Kathy has been at High Lands since 2001. Originally an assistant,
Kathy was promoted in 2003. She has been in the food and beverage industry for
the past 16 years in different capacities. She and her husband Bruce reside in
Pataskala with their two children.

| OFFICE MANAGER – Donna Foor
Donna has been with High Lands since 1976.
She serves in many capacities ranging from receptionist to handling accounts
payables/receivables. She is always ready and able to answer any question you may have.
When not at the club, Donna can be found at her nearby farm, where she resides with her
husband Jerry. Together, they own racehorses that compete at various tracks.

| BARTENDER – Barb Johnson
Barb has been serving drinks at High Lands since 1983. She
is always ready to serve you with a smile. In her time off, Barb enjoys spending
time with her grandchildren. |  |
